NCA is the only organization that actively lobbies the U.S. Congress on behalf of the private club industry. In addition to lobbying federal legislators, NCA’s Advocacy Program includes defending private clubs and their interests in regulatory agencies, statehouses and courts.

NCA offers time critical solutions to club leaders when they need them through our Resource Center. Club leaders also have access to best practices through NCA’s periodicals, publications and education programs focusing on industry trends, human resources, operations, and governance and planning topics.
