Glenfiddich® 50 Year Old Tasting Experience & Dinner Friday, March 8

COCONUT CREEK, Fla. (March 1, 2019) – NYY Steak at Seminole Casino Coconut Creek will host a Glenfiddich® 50 Year Old Tasting Experience & Dinner on Friday, March 8.

Glenfiddich® 50 Year Old Scotch whisky, which will be featured in the final presentation of the dining event, is only the second vatting and one of the oldest whiskies. Only 50 bottles of this single malt Scotch whisky are released each year and are available in limited quantities.

The event will begin with a cocktail reception at 6:30 p.m. in Legends Lounge followed by an elegant five-course dinner at 7 p.m. featuring rare whisky pairings from Glenfiddich®.

The dinner courses and wine pairings will include a pan-seared sea scallop (paired with Glenfiddich® 12 Year Old Signature Malt); seared Scottish salmon (paired with Glenfiddich® 15 Year Old Unique Solera Reserve); dry-aged venison chop (paired with Glenfiddich® 18 Year Old Small Batch Reserve); and a grand course of grilled Matsusaka Wagyu Ribeye (paired with Glenfiddich® 21 Year Old Grand Reserve).

The dessert course will feature a Fraise De Bois-White Chocolate Sphere, which will be paired with Glenfiddich® 14 Year Old Bourbon Barrel Reserve.
