Broadway’s hit musical plays thru March 5
Broadway’s magical musical Wicked opened in Miami February 16 to a packed house eagerly anticipating the enchanting story-behind-the-story of the Wizard of Oz. Set in a time before the Kansas twister blows Dorothy into the Emerald City, Wicked unveils secret truths of how Elphaba and Glinda meet and become witches, and how key characters transform into the beloved tin man, scare crow and talking lion. Wicked’s brilliantly woven tale spins a whole new perspective on good and evil – and so If your inner child has long feared the green Wicked witch, buckle up and prepare for the theatrical ride of your life! Wicked runs through March 5 at the Adrienne Arsht Center.
